Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Delivery methods

Bpost Economy: cheap but not track & trace, no insurance (choosen at your own risks: no refund or exchange in case of lost or damage goods); delivery at your home.

Bpost Strandard: track & trace and insurance  available; delivery at your home.

Mondial Relay: relay points delivery in Europe only.

Mondial Relay Home: at your home delivery, some countries in Europe only.

DPD: relay points delivery in Europe.

DHL: for international deliveries.

If you want to use UPS or Fedex, just contact us.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. All out of stock items are shipped within a week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your country is not available for delivery, sent us a email, we will contact our transporter for a solution

Shipment method estimated delivery time

Bpost: National: 1 day; Europ 2-5 days; International: 4-15 days

DHL: Europe: 1-2 days; International 1-5 days

DPD: Europe: 1-2 days.

Mondial Relay: National 3 days; Europe: 3-6 days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We consider a package lost after 1 month of transit for Europe and one and a half months of transit  for the international market.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

  • To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • We only refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For both refunds and exchanges, to start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • You can always contact us for any return question at



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
