Price policy

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping and packaging costs. The prices of the products sold are those appearing on the website of swordfish models on the day of the order. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment can be made using one of the methods mentioned in the “payment method” section. Swordfish models reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an error in the sale price.

Orders

Orders are made exclusively through the website. No orders will be taken over the phone. Swordfish models reserves the right to refuse an order if a prior dispute exists between the buyer and the seller.

Right to retract

The buyer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs. Please refer to the section concerning the delivery conditions for returns.

Faults and hidden defects.

Goods sold by Swordfish Models are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects. Swordfish Models is only liable for hidden defects unless it demonstrates the undetectable nature of the defect. Swordfish Models' guarantee ceases if the buyer has not informed it of the defects noted by email no later than fourteen days following receipt of the goods. The liability of Swordfish Models is limited to the replacement of the defective part without it being liable for any reimbursement, indemnity or damages of any kind and for any reason whatsoever.

Intellectual property

The texts, illustrations and images reproduced on the Swordfish Models site are the property of the publisher and are protected as such by the laws in force under intellectual property. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to Belgian law. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Arlon.
